After concluding his career as a professional footballer, playing for various clubs in Europe, most notably Real Madrid CF and Liverpool FC, Rafa began his journey in the real estate sector alongside different property developers.

He later joined HILT Real Estate as the regional director for the Alicante area, specializing in the management of new construction projects and European clients.
